SMS's AutoLog is a customer centric System that logs, assigns, monitors and reports all calls. It provides complete logistic trails for each service incident. Your local SMS Field Engineer is supported by the SMS Customer Support Group who constantly monitors your situation. SMS Management is engaged when the time to repair exceeds your SLA. Senior level action is invoked to preclude extended interruptions. Customized escalation plans are often built into your agreement to meet your needs.Diagnostics
SMS deploys a suite of on-line diagnostic tools and utilities, which are used by SMS Field Engineers to analyze and interpret system errors, crash files and configuration settings. Off-line diagnostics are used to isolate the cause of hard system faults. Both levels of diagnostics can be configured for remote access by SMS Field Engineering teams.HotSpares™
